New for 2010, is a one week tour based at Binna Burra Lodge with daily walks into the World Heritage Listed Lamington National Park. The park was established in 1915 and the lodge has been hosting walkers and nature enthusiasts since the 1930's.

Lamington is characterized by its wide range of habitats, from heath-land, mallee, and eucalypt woodland to sub-tropical rainforest. It is home to over 150 species of birds. Each day we will select from the menu of half- day and full day walks, setting out to discover lush rainforest, stands of Antarctic Beech trees, palm-filled valleys, waterfalls, caves, panoramas and the volcanic features which were created with Mount Warning.

There will also be a nocturnal, spotlighting walk during our stay.
